At xTool, we want you to be fully satisfied with your laser cutting and engraving equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship to xTool

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware upon arrival; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
